We’re looking for a Social Media Specialist who has a strong sense of brand aesthetic, an analytical mind, phenomenal attention to detail, and a boundless desire to learn. Our ideal candidate will be both “right-brained” (creative) and “left-brained” (analytical).

The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for supporting Amsive Digital's social media programs, including creative strategy, content creation, community management, paid amplification, and performance analysis. The candidate will be responsible for managing a range of program activities as part of a larger social media team.

This role can be remote, or optional hybrid remote around our New York City or Nashville office. 

Responsibilities

  • Ideate and create impactful, brand-developing social media content; work with creative team (copywriters, designers) to develop social media content as needed
  • Publish and promote social media profiles and content using Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter ads, or other post promotion tools
  • Analyze social performance using a range of social dashboards and analytics tools; provide executive summaries and reports in Excel and Powerpoint
  • Establish and nurture social media relationships with community members and influencers through active engagement and discussion (community management)
  • Support development and maintenance of client voice and style guidelines, community management guidelines
  • Support and innovate social media strategies for a wide range of client profiles
  • Recommend new social media tools to drive performance and efficiencies for our clients
  • Create, manage and grow brand presence(s) across relevant social media channels
  • Provide listening and monitoring reports, including insights around overall brand sentiment and mention patterns

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience managing social media marketing programs, creating content, driving brand profile performance, and communicating ROI
  • Excellent sense of social media aesthetic and portfolio of compelling content (visual and written) 
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Canva, or other design programs
  • Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint, and especially Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
  • Strong project management and organization skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
  • Understanding of intermediate marketing principles
  • Experience using social media marketing tools and dashboards (especially Falcon.io, Sprout Social)
  • Basic knowledge of Google Analytics
